I have built my dream bike, how do you know which sizes to order?

After choosing all the components for your bike, you have the option to use our virtual bike fitter to enter your body measurements. We will calculate the component sizes and the adjustments between them for you. The virtual bike fitter does not replace an in-store bike fitting. You also have the option to visit one of our partner stores or enter your measurements yourself if you already know them.

How does our virtual bike fitter work?

Our fitting algorithm takes all your body measurements into account and uses the biomechanical formulas used by our in-store bike fitters to calculate the ideal size of your frame, handlebar width, saddle height, reach, and crank length, ensuring an optimal position for comfort and performance.

How does the ordering process work?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a deposit of CHF 500.- to place the order for your dream bike. Once your order is received, our bike experts will call you as soon as possible (next business day) to confirm your expectations, the delivery time of the parts, and address any additional requests you may have. An invoice and an estimated delivery date will then be sent to you. Once the money is received, the parts will be ordered.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Every bike is custom-built. Ordering the parts and assembly typically takes between 6 to 10 weeks depending on component availability. We will confirm a more precise timeline after your order.

Can I get my bike delivered abroad?

Accepted Answer

Currently, we prioritize in-store pickup or delivery within Switzerland. You are welcome to contact us so we can evaluate your request and find an ideal solution to guarantee the safe delivery of your bike.
