14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging.
Return to Morges
Returns are processed directly at our bike atelier in Morges or shipped via Swiss Post.
Fast Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Non-Refundable Shipping & Assembly Fees:
Initial shipping fees (CHF 100.-) and executed professional bike assembly/montage labor fees performed by our atelier mechanics in Morges are non-refundable.

- Provide your order reference number and reason for return.
- Drop off the package at our Morges atelier or ship it via Swiss Post.
